Citizens Citizens Advice Edinburgh is primarily powered by the incredible dedication of our 120+ highly trained volunteers. They are the backbone of our organisation, delivering a wide range of services across the capital.
In addition to our volunteer force, we have a small team of core staff and paid professionals who work in various project and outreach locations. Together, we ensure the seamless delivery of services at our locations throughout the city.
