Responsible to
Manager, Citizens Advice Edinburgh Leith Bureau
Specific tasks
- Welcome clients attending bureau
- Obtaining client details prior to interview
- To manage client waiting times and expectations
- To make appointments and mark accurately in appointments book and electronic system
- Manage interview room use and availability in conjunction with advisers
- To identify and provide leaflets
- Other administrative duties
Skills required
- Good customer facing communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
