Bureau Receptionist (Volunteer role - Leith Bureau)
We require a receptionist and appointment assistant for our Leith bureau.
Welcoming clients attending bureau
Obtaining client details prior to interview
Managing clients’ waiting time and expectations
Managing interview room use and availability in conjunction with advisers
As well as other administrative duties
A sympathetic and friendly manner
Good customer facing communication skills
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Commitment - Flexible hours. Friday afternoons (12:30 - 4:00) particularly needed.
Induction details - All volunteers receive an induction from a named contact person.
Location – 23 Dalmeny Street, EH6 8PG
Expenses details – Public transport expenses will be paid (receipts required).
