We work in partnership with a number of organisations - NHS Lothian, Scottish Legal Aid Board, and Edinburgh Young Carers, for example - to deliver advice services to people in local communities throughout Edinburgh.
We are currently looking into making use of the vacant Pennywell Resource Centre and would like to invite local charities, service providers and community groups, who might be interested in collaborating to make use of this valuable space and resource to a viewing of the property on TUESDAY AUGUST 14TH at 2PM.
The North West Locality includes some of the most deprived communities in Scotland and we are concerned to see yet another community resource lie vacant and go to waste. We already provide support to 2,300 people from this locality every year.
We believe our outcomes are best achieved by working in partnership with other local service providers and community organisations, where our shared values and resources can better meet the needs of local communities.
The Pennywell Resource Centre is well positioned in the heart of the community, with accessible parking, a visible community presence, several client contact rooms (including clinical facilities) with space for development, 6 large open plan office areas, a kitchen, and existing IT Server. It is ready to move in and would require minimal capital expenditure.
We would like to invite interested parties to register their attendance by e-mail: email@example.com (and stating “Pennywell Resource Centre” in the subject box).
This is a no obligation visit but we hope you will not want to miss out on the opportunity to at least explore the potential benefits to your organisation and the local community.
