You generally need an appointment to visit our Portobello, Gorgie/Dalry and Dundas St offices for advice. You can make an appointment in person or by calling their appointment phone line.
Our Pilton and Leith offices offer a drop-in service (no appointment needed). Please note that these offices are very busy and you may need to wait to be seen by an adviser.
